Chad Spriggs is a pastor, author, and coach with a passion for helping people live purposefully and churches lead healthily. Through C4 Coaching—Creatively Cultivating Christ’s Community—Chad equips individuals and ministry leaders to pursue gospel clarity in every area of life.
Chad Spriggs is devoted to his wife, Deanna, and their family, which includes their children and grandchildren. Together, they enjoy traveling, running, biking, watching movies, and creating meaningful memories. At the heart of their lives is a prayerful desire to see their family and friends grow in their faith and share God’s love with the world.
Chad leads C4, a ministry dedicated to creatively cultivating Christ-centered community. He serves as an Associate Pastor at New Covenant Church in Albuquerque, NM. In addition to his pastoral roles, Chad is a Professional Coach, Worship Artist, and Teacher, using his diverse gifts to inspire and guide others in their faith journeys.
Chad holds multiple master’s degrees from Liberty University and Highlands University, equipping him with a strong foundation in leadership and counseling. He also holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from East Texas Baptist University, giving him a unique blend of theological depth and practical ministry experience.
