But when we sat down, he admitted something most leaders only whisper: “I’m winning at work, but I’m losing everywhere else.”

The Myth of the Solo Win
Most high-capacity leaders fall into what I call the Control Trap. Whether you’re a CEO, a business owner, or a pastor, you’ve probably told yourself some version of this story: if I just push harder in one area, everything else will eventually fall into place.
We treat our lives like separate buckets: Faith, Family, Finance, and Fitness. We convince ourselves we can let three run dry as long as one is overflowing.
