You Were Made For This, Trust Me

Sarah sat on the couch one evening after another long day. Her Bible was on the side table but unopened. Dinner had been rushed, her kids were already in bed, and her phone kept buzzing with reminders about bills that were due. She had skipped her walk again because of fatigue, and when she thought about her finances, a quiet anxiety set in.

She loved God deeply, but she felt scattered. Her faith seemed disconnected from her family rhythms. Her health felt like it was running on empty. Money was tight, and she worried more than she wanted to admit. She kept wondering, “Does following Jesus really touch these parts of my life, or is my faith only about church on Sundays?”

That question is why Made For This exists. The book reminds us that discipleship is not an isolated part of life. It is the whole of life. Faith, family, fitness, and finances are all places where the gospel brings clarity, strength, and renewal. Each section of the book helps you see how Christ can meet you in the areas that often feel overwhelming and turn them into opportunities for growth and grace .

To help you start, we created the Made For This Health Check. It is a simple assessment that highlights where you are strong, where you may feel stuck, and where God may be inviting you to grow. It is not about perfection. It is about progress with the help of His Spirit and the encouragement of others .

Here is the invitation. Do not try to walk this journey alone. Grab two or three others and read Made For This together. Share your health check results. Pray for each other. Encourage one another to take simple steps of faith in these four areas. When you do, discipleship will no longer feel like a theory. It will become a lived experience in the places that matter most.

You were made for this. And you will discover that God has already given you what you need to begin.
